We are a company dedicated to creating specific products for the safety of your pet, we focus on smart tags with QR CODE and NFC, linked to our application which is very effective thanks to its functionalities.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
When your pet goes missing, you can alert by pressing a single button in the application, and notifications will automatically be sent to members who are members so they can help you get your pet back home.
When your tag is scanned you will automatically receive a real-time notification that will tell you the exact location of your pet.
App is not required to scan.

DO I NEED A SUBSCRIPTION?
No, you do not need a subscription, with the purchase of your TAG you will have access to 100% of the application, you will be able to make changes at any time, and place unlimited contacts.

SHOULD I DOWNLOAD AN APP?
You don't need to, our application is web, which means that you shouldn't take up space on your cell phone or have to download the latest version because updates are automatic. You can make unlimited changes and enter as many times as you need.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If the product arrives damaged or is different from the one ordered, contact contact@petcore.club within 3 days of the product's arrival. We will evaluate the situation and solve the problem as quickly as possible. Please attach to the email:  

-Purchase Confirmation Email.                                                                                    

-Photo of the product and in the event that it is damaged, a photo of it.

Refund                                                                                                                          

If the product does not meet your expectations, contact contact@petcore.club within 30 days of the product's arrival to arrange your return and obtain a full refund to your initial payment method. Please attach to the email:

-Purchase Confirmation Email.
-Photos of the product including the packaging to corroborate that the product is in perfect condition and that it was not used.

Once your return request has been confirmed, we will send you an email indicating whether your return complies with the refund policy. Then, you will have to send the product to the following address:
